Spencer Badesch

Spencer Badesch is an experienced professional in the fields of financial services and talent management. Currently serving as an Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles since November 2021, Spencer also previously held the role of Senior Associate at the same firm, which specializes in leadership consulting, culture shaping, and executive search services. Prior experience includes working as a Program Manager in the COO Office and Recruiter at Bridgewater Associates from 2017 to 2020, as well as a Business Development Associate at Connatix in 2016-2017. Early in the career, Spencer trained as a dancer at The Joffrey Ballet from 2009 to 2010. Academically, Spencer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies with a specialization in Political Science from Columbia University and a High School Diploma in Ballet from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
