Nguyen Huong Mai

Nguyen Huong Mai has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to present. Nguyen currently holds the position of Head of Communications at HEINEKEN Vietnam, a role they began in July 2020. Prior to this, they were the Head of Communications at Roche from December 2015 to May 2019. Nguyen also worked as a PR Account Director at TBWA\\Worldwide in 2015. Before that, they served as the Head of Public Relations, Communications, and CSR at Samsung Electronics from April 2009 to September 2014. Their earlier experiences include working as an Account Executive at Max Communications from December 2007 to December 2008 and as a Protocol Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vietnam from December 2004 to September 2006.

Nguyen Huong Mai completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and TESOL from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education from 1997 to 2001. Nguyen later pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Studies at the University of Leeds from 2006 to 2007. In 2019-2020, they also earned a Master's degree in Mass Communication from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
