Brian Davison, MBA has a diverse professional background. Brian began their career in 2007 as the Men's Basketball Assistant Coach at Brevard College. In 2008, they joined Nike as a Brand Marketing Representative for EKIN. Brian then moved into a Team Sport Territory Sales Manager role, followed by a Global Product Line Manager for Footwear - Product Creation role. In 2021, they joined Milwaukee Bucks Inc. as the Vice President of Basketball Development & Affairs. In 2022, they became the Vice President of Partnerships at HEIR, where they are responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships.

Brian Davison holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Leo University in Sports Business, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Brian also holds a Bachelor Degree in Business - Sports Management & Marketing from Brevard College, which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Carolina Asheville, where they studied Business, Management, and Marketing between 2002 and 2003.
