Olivia Hafliger

Olivia Hafliger has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Olivia began their career in the hospitality industry, working as a server at LA Fiesta Mexican Restaurants and Holiday Inn from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to office management as an Office Manager at Advance Auto Glass.

From 2015 to 2016, Olivia held the role of Office Administrator/Human Resource Assistant at Extremity Healthcare. Following that, they worked as an RPO Healthcare Recruiter at Cross Country Healthcare for nine months.

In 2016, Olivia joined Lanier Islands as a Human Resources Administrative Coordinator before progressing to become a Human Resources Manager at Margaritaville at Lanier Islands from 2018 to 2020.

Starting in 2020, Olivia began their journey at Amazon, where they held dual roles as a Sr Human Resources Assistant and then as a Human Resources Business Partner until 2022. Currently, they work as a Human Resources and Training Manager at Heirloom Hospitality.
