Nick Dazé has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nick is currently the CEO of Heirloom, a company that specializes in managing digital identity on the blockchain for academic credentials. Before that, they co-founded and served as CEO of PocketList, a platform that connects renters and provides transparency and collaboration in the housing market. Prior to PocketList, they co-founded and was CEO of Block HQ Inc., where they worked on technology to help renters find apartments easily.
Earlier in their career, Dazé worked as the Principal UX Designer and Senior Manager at Faraday Future, responsible for the design and development of consumer-facing software products. Nick also held positions as Lead Product Designer at Fullscreen, Inc. and Head of Design at Bit Kitchen. Nick began their career as a Product Designer at Pose, where they played a significant role in the success of the Pose app.
Before entering the tech industry, Dazé served as the Marketing Director at Harwil Corporation, where they led the rebranding efforts for the company and implemented various marketing strategies. Nick also founded Boomtown Apps and co-founded Life Preserver Digital Archiving, demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit and design expertise.
Throughout their career, Dazé has demonstrated a passion for innovation, user experience, and collaboration, making significant contributions to the companies they have worked with.
From 2002 to 2006, Nick Dazé attended the University of Southern California, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English and Theatre (B.A.).
