Joseph Ukpong is a seasoned risk management professional currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management (Senior Manager) at Heirs Insurance Group since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading the enterprise risk management function and developing programs that enhance shareholder value and protect policyholders. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at Leadway Assurance Company Limited, including Senior Analyst for Enterprise Risk Management and Business, Insurance & Operational Risk. Joseph's career journey began with The Prince Portion Nigeria Limited as a Business Development Partner, advancing through project leadership at Abuja Electricity Distribution Company Plc and procurement management at Boldoz Procurement. Joseph holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, an MBA in Business Administration from Unicaf, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin, alongside other relevant qualifications in insurance and risk management.
