Sophia Wilfred, CAPM, has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from CUNY York College, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma in Construction Trades from the High School for Construction Trades, Engineering, and Architecture from 2010 to 2013.
In addition to their formal education, Sophia has obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute. Sophia also holds the Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute, which they earned in June 2019.
Sophia has further expanded their knowledge and skills through additional certifications. In July 2020, they completed a course on Managing Yourself & Leading Others from the Professional Development division of Harvard. Additionally, they obtained certification in HR Management from the Oxford Home Study College in April 2022.
