Balaji Srinivasan

Balaji Srinivasan has significant experience in information delivery and data management. Balaji started their career as an Associate Consultant at Satyam Computer Services Limited, where they worked with international clients and gained expertise in SAP Netweaver Portal. Balaji then joined Fujitsu Consulting as a Sr SAP Consultant, specializing in SAP Enterprise Portals and SAP Netweaver.

Srinivasan continued to advance their career at various companies, including The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where they led global business intelligence and analytics solutions for multiple departments. Balaji also served as the IT Manager for Global Sales Technology & Strategy, where they implemented projects to improve sales force efficiency and streamline business processes.

Balaji later joined Masco Corporation as the Director of Information Systems, responsible for implementing corporate IT solutions and overseeing enterprise-wide shared services. At Capgemini Sogeti, Srinivasan served as the Director of Insights & Data, providing guidance on data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation for clients.

Most recently, Srinivasan has been working at Helen of Troy as the Director of Information Delivery. In this role, they are responsible for managing information systems and ensuring effective data delivery.

Throughout their career, Srinivasan has demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing various data technologies, including SAP BW, HANA, Tableau, and predictive analytics. Balaji has also consistently focused on driving business value through the use of data and technology.

Balaji Srinivasan pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electricals and Electronics from the University of Madras from 1995 to 1999. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Organization Strategy and Leadership from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, in 2010, they earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2015, Balaji Srinivasan participated in a program called "Tackling the Challenges of Big Data" at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Balaji also holds other certifications, such as the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and the TOGAF® Certification Program from The Open Group.
