Darby McGuinn

Darby McGuinn is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in retail and marketing. Currently serving as Sales Director and Key Account Senior Manager at Helen of Troy since October 2018, Darby manages relationships with top dealers while representing outdoor brands such as Osprey, Hydro Flask, and OXO Outdoor. Prior experience includes roles as Retail Marketing Professional at Osprey Packs, Inc., where Darby led retail marketing initiatives, and various planning and buying positions at Macy's spanning over 14 years, including District Planner and Associate Planner. Early career experience includes sales and supervisory roles at The Buckle and Samsonite, as well as a stint as a Market Researcher at Bernett Research. Darby holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Psychology from Washington State University.
