Paul Mills

Paul Mills has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries. Paul started their career as an Instrumentation Engineer at Negretti Aviation, where they worked on maintenance and calibration of flight systems for military aircraft. Paul then moved on to Yale & Valour Group as a Design Engineer, designing embedded electronic control systems for domestic goods.

After that, Paul joined Turnright Controls as a Senior Development Engineer, responsible for prototype production and electronic design. Paul later joined Southern Water as an ICA Manager, overseeing real-time monitoring and control systems for water management.

Paul then transitioned to Soft Management Solutions as a Director before joining CIMS/Trilegiant as an IT Manager. Paul managed telephony and IT infrastructure for a contact center and back-office operations. Paul also played a key role in the organization's transition and was involved in various project management and system architecture tasks.

After their tenure at CIMS/Trilegiant, Paul joined Affinion International as a Systems & Solutions Manager, where they were responsible for data management systems, network support, and PCI-DSS compliance.

Paul then joined Osprey Europe as an IT Manager and later became the Head of IT, overseeing IT operations. Currently, Paul is working at Helen of Troy as an Associate IT Director, EMEA.

Paul Mills attended Southampton from 1995 to 1997, majoring in Business Management. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1984, they pursued Electronics & Microprocessor Engineering at Southampton.
