Phylicia McCorkle

Phylicia McCorkle, SHRM-CP, is currently the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager at Helen of Troy. Previously, Phylicia served as the Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Major League Baseball, where Phylicia supported all 30 MLB Clubs in recruiting diverse talent and managed the inaugural MLB Diversity Fellowship Program. Phylicia also held roles at Novotec and the Cincinnati Reds, where Phylicia focused on diversity initiatives, community partnerships, and ticket programs. Phylicia has a Master's degree in Public Relations from Kent State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Bowling Green State University.
