Trevor Lee has over 15 years of work experience, with a diverse background in consulting, program and project management, and leadership roles. Trevor is currently serving as the President and CEO of Helios Consulting Inc, where they help companies with cloud-based HCM technology. Prior to this, Trevor worked at Ecolab as a Workday Global Program Manager, responsible for managing global programs. Trevor also served as a Director at Mangwe, providing consulting and project management services to various clients including SAP and Ecolab. Trevor's experience also includes working at WorkCover NSW as a Program Manager, leading initiatives such as the Healthy Worker Initiative and WHS Implementation Program. Trevor has worked at organizations such as Public Transport Ticketing Corporation, Want It See It Buy It, SAP, and Wells Fargo Bank, where they held roles such as Go Live and Implementation Manager, Director, and Requirements Manager respectively. Trevor has a strong background in transformational change management, communications, and training, and has successfully led large-scale projects with diverse teams.
Trevor Lee obtained a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, which they pursued from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Western Sydney University between 1992 and 1998. Trevor'shigh school education took place at Baulkham Hills High School from 1984 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Trevor Lee obtained certifications in Project Management, including a PgMP from the Project Management Institute in August 2015 and a PMP in August 2006.
