Job description

The Office Manager will assist with aspects of Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general office tasks. This position will sit onsite at our office in Cleveland, OH. There is no relocation offered for this role.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:

  • Manage weekly employee tasks - payroll, timesheets, PTO requests, etc.
  • Provide a seamless onboarding experience to new employees
  • Administer benefits packages and assist employees with setup
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable invoices, purchase orders, and check requests
  • Help process receipts and invoices by verifying the accuracy of documentation and balances, compiling data, and preparing appropriate forms and reports
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

  • Experience with Quickbooks or Quickbooks Online
  • Experience with ADP a plus!
  • Experience with Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a HR, admin, and/or office manager role 

Survoy’s Superior Service, a Helios company, determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $20 to $25/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
