Job description

We are seeking a Vendor Manager who is bright, energetic, and well organized to work in our Vendor Management Team. The Vendor Manager Is an Integral part of the Vendor Management team, working with other Vendor Managers to ensures that Impact's vendor network Is kept robust enough to handle demand while maintaining Impact's reputation for quality, transparency, and white-glove service.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:

  • Vendor Management Experience
  • Problem resolution, which may include daily contact with vendor network via phone/email.
  • This position Is responsible for sourcing vendors, training them on Impact's standards, selling them on the benefit of working with Impact, and onboarding them as contracted vendors.
  • Act as Account Managers to both contracted and non-contracted vendors when problems arise with any work taking place in the field.
  • Support the operations of the company with administrative tasks as needed.

Helios' compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay for this position ranges from $65,000-$70,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
