Jan Hatlman

Jan Hatlman is a Manufacturing lead lighting engineer at HELLA since June 2016. Prior to this position, Jan worked as a Vědecko technický pracovník at COMTES FTH for a brief period in 2015. Jan graduated from Palacký University in Olomouc in 2012. In their current role, they are responsible for analyzing and preventing complaints, negotiating with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues, optimizing and qualifying products in terms of photometry, leading technological projects to eliminate product defects, among other tasks related to production and quality control. Jan also collaborates with international development teams, makes minor design changes in Catia, and implements continuous improvement strategies including Six Sigma, DMAIC, Lean, 8D reports, and FMEA analysis.
