Jett Scott Winders has a range of work experience in sales, business development, and project management. Starting in 2003, they worked at the Austin Theatre Alliance in various roles, including Associate Director of Patron Services and Development and Membership Manager. In 2011, they moved on to KELL Partners, LLC as a Project Manager. From 2012 to 2019, Jett worked at Charity Dynamics, where they held positions such as Vice President of Strategic Services and Director of Strategic Services. Finally, since 2019, they have been the Director of Sales at Heller Consulting, leading sales efforts and managing a sales team.

Jett Scott Winders completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they attended from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Radio-Television-Film at The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Jett has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Jett Scott became a Microsoft Catalyst Accredited professional in June 2021, acquired the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) in May 2016, and obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2010.
