Lolita Amica

Lolita Amica has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Lolita is currently the Vice President of Global Talent at Hello Heart, where they help employers and health plans manage heart risk using smartphone technology. Prior to this, Lolita worked as the Director of Global Talent at Tubi, overseeing a global team and recruiting for various departments. Lolita also held roles at Amplitude, where they served as the Head of Global Recruitment and Recruiting Manager, leading recruitment efforts across multiple offices. Additionally, Lolita worked at Unity Technologies, Pixar Animation Studios, PCH Lime Lab, Apple, Page One Automotive, and Thomas Weisel Partners in different recruiting and managerial positions. Their experience includes university recruiting, executive search, hardware engineering, and billing management.

Lolita Amica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University, which was completed in 1998. Lolita also obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Resource Management from Sterling College. In 2020, Lolita earned the certification of "Dare to Lead Trained" from Dare to Lead™ Trained.
