Brielle L. has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Brielle began their career as a Self Employed individual from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they worked at Chadler Solutions as an Executive Assistant and HR Advisor from 2014 to 2016. Their responsibilities included managing and advising the HR function for small to midsize clients, with a focus on compliance and coaching leaders on best practices.

From 2017 to 2021, Brielle joined Farren International LLC as an HR Director, where they were responsible for overseeing various HR functions. In 2021, they moved to Cricket Health as a People Operations Manager before being promoted to Senior People Operations Manager in 2022. Their role involved managing employee operations and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

In 2022, Brielle joined Interwell Health as a Senior People Operations Manager, a position they held until 2023. Here, they continued to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and processes. Their last position was at Hello Heart as the Director of People Operations, a role they began in September 2023.

Throughout their career, Brielle has gained extensive experience in people operations, HR management, compliance, and leadership coaching.

Brielle L. completed their education in 2011, obtaining a Foundation degree in Business Management from the University of the West of England. Brielle then pursued further education at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Employment Relations in 2023. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Certified Plan Sponsor Professional from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in 2020, OSHA-10 from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2017, Human Resources Management Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2016, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in October 2017.
