CX at Alma

Shekinah Harper is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, training, and instructional design. Currently serving as a CX specialist at Alma, Shekinah aims to enhance access to affordable mental health care. Previous roles include eLearning Coordinator at eXp Realty, where innovative training sessions for prominent speakers were designed, and Sales Specialist at Herbiary, focusing on exceptional customer service.
