Anouk Jugla

Anouk Jugla has diverse work experience in the field of HR and people management. Anouk currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture at Carbo, where they are responsible for ensuring employee experience aligns with the company's culture, values, and purpose. Anouk also fulfills several roles within the organization, including Knowledge Management and Lead for their Shared Governance Circle. Anouk is enthusiastic about decentralizing decision-making, promoting team autonomy, and facilitating self-management. Anouk is also involved in promoting Carbo's culture externally and enhancing the company's reputation as an ecological enterprise. Prior to Carbo, Anouk worked at Bel as an HR Project Leader and HRIS Project Leader, where they spearheaded various HR initiatives. Anouk also served as an HR Officer for the Middle East Greater Africa region. Earlier in their career, Anouk worked as an HR Officer at Hanes France, focusing on recruitment, intern community management, and HR communication. Anouk also gained experience as a Recruitment Officer at Extia Rhone Alpes & Switzerland, performing tasks such as analyzing managers' needs, sourcing candidates, and qualifying potential candidates.

Anouk Jugla completed their education in a chronological order. From 2012 to 2014, they attended Lycée Ozenne - Toulouse where they earned a degree in Classes Préparatoire Economique et Commerciale. Later, from 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Programme Grande Ecole in Management at Audencia. Anouk also participated in an exchange program at Universidad Diego Portales in 2017, where they studied Management, HR, and Communication.
