Erin Montgomery

Erin Montgomery currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Porter since March 2024. Previously, Erin held the role of Chief Operating Officer/GM Reporting and Analytics at Advantmed from February 2021 to April 2023, where Erin directed client delivery operations and led a successful team in developing innovative reporting and analytics platforms. Erin's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Pulse8 Inc., contributing significantly to the company's growth from a $1M valuation to a $120M acquisition, and overseeing risk adjustment activities. Earlier roles at Health Risk Partners, Physicians United Plan, Health First, and Washington County Hospital laid a strong foundation in client service, risk adjustment management, and clinical documentation. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barry University and an Associate of Science in Practical Nursing from the US Army/Nursing Program.
