Aline van Koninckxloo

Aline Van Koninckxloo has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR and people management. Currently, they are the Global Head of People at Stake, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Concentrix Tigerspike as the Talent and HR Manager, APAC from May 2017 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for designing people experiences and developing the overall People & Culture strategy.

Before joining Tigerspike, Aline worked at GetUp as the People Operations Manager from March 2014 to May 2017. Their responsibilities included HR and people management, recruitment, performance management, financial controlling, culture and wellbeing, and project management.

Aline also has experience in project management roles, having worked as a Project Manager at AYCC from August 2013 to January 2014 and as a Project Manager at The Wilderness Society Australia from September 2012 to July 2013.

Earlier in their career, Aline gained experience as a Data Analyst/Intern at Bain & Company, an Intern at CitiBank Singapore, and a Junior Consultant at LSM Conseil.

Aline Van Koninckxloo has a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering (Business degree oriented towards companies with industrial applications) from Université catholique de Louvain, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Aline then pursued a Master's degree in Business Engineering, Innovation Management from Louvain School of Management from 2010 to 2012. During the same period, they also completed a Master's degree in Finance and International Management from CEMS and a Master's degree in CEMS; Finance and International Management from the National University of Singapore.
