Darlene Schulz has a diverse work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Darlene currently holds the position of Head of Customer Service and Operation Central Europe at HELM AG since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as a SAP S4/HANA Key User from March 2021 onwards. Darlene also worked as a Senior Customer Service & Operation Coordinator at HELM AG from August 2022 to July 2023, and as a Supply Chain Coordinator from April 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining HELM AG, Darlene worked at Ocean Network Express as an Inside Sales Global Key Account from April 2018 to April 2020. Darlene also gained experience at NYK Line, where they worked as an Inside Sales Coordinator from July 2017 to April 2018, and as a Schifffahrtskauffrau from February 2015 to June 2017.

Darlene Schulz is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Darlene started their studies in 2020 and is still in the process of completing their degree. In July 2021, Darlene obtained a certification in "Managerin Zoll" from Reguvis.
