Tomislav Pleša

Tomislav Pleša has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Tomislav started their career in 2002 as a Residential Contact Center Agent at VIPnet d.o.o. From there, they progressed through various roles such as Residential Contact Center Coach, Team Leader, and Technical Competence Center Team Leader. In 2010, they became a Technical Competence Center Expert. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for managing the business cloud product line life cycle. In 2013, they joined Allianz Zagreb d.d. as the Head of Digital Development. Currently, they hold the position of COO & Managing Partner at Heloo.

Tomislav Pleša obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from VERN' University of Applied Sciences, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the Faculty of Traffic Engineering from 1998 to 2004, but did not complete their degree in Telecommunications. Additionally, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Algebra where they earned a professional degree in IT system and Internet administration.
