Rachel Schneiders

Vice President, Care Delivery at Help at Home

Rachel Schneiders has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

In 2004, they served as an Americorps member at City Year San Jose/Silicon Valley. In 2011, they worked as an Americorps member at Habitat for Humanity.

From 2012 to 2015, Rachel was a Field Operations Leader at One Medical. Rachel then took on the role of Operations Lead for One Medical Kids, where they led the design, launch, and management of Pediatrics offices.

Rachel then served as a Service Designer and Senior Manager of Performance Innovation at One Medical from 2014 to 2019. In this role, they designed unique patient experiences and led improvement events. Rachel also trained extensively in the Lean Management System and implemented procedures across multiple offices.

From 2019 to 2021, Rachel held the position of Director of Performance Innovation + Service Design at One Medical. Rachel led a team of internal consultants, supported diverse projects, and implemented a Lean Management System across the company.

In 2021, they joined PicassoMD as the Head of Clinical Operations. In this role, they scaled their operations to 10 states and led a team that met or exceeded service level agreements. Rachel also owned User Success and Partner Success, as well as the design and management of the Clinical Operations team.

Currently, Rachel is the Vice President of Care Delivery at Help at Home, where they oversee care delivery operations.

Rachel Schneiders earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from San Jose State University from 2006 to 2011. In 2009 and 2010, they attended University College Dublin to study Food Systems, although no degree was mentioned. Later, from 2012 to 2013, they attended City College of San Francisco for their Community Health Worker Program.
