Service Delivery Director at Help Desk Cavalry

Logan started his IT career as a part-time technology assistant in a school district in North Seattle where he quickly fell in love with the industry. From there his experience expanded from a variety of positions (from Tier 1 Support to Team Lead and Client Management) in a wide spectrum of organizations (nonprofit, local government, MSP, global and private sectors). Now with such a wide understanding of small and medium businesses plus as a Master of Science in IT Management (Colorado State University), one of his key professional drives is to help empower organizations to shape their technology presence in ways that they may not have been able to before. Especially for those that are not able to have an on-site/traditional IT department.
