Brand Designer at Help Scout

Christine Chen is a brand designer currently working at Help Scout. Christine has previous experience working as a senior designer at FormulaFolios, where they were responsible for branding and collateral for recruiting conferences, including Powerpoint presentations, programs, table tents, banners, step and repeats, t-shirts, landing pages, emails. Christine also worked on the design and strategy of full rebrands and websites for external clients.

Prior to their work at FormulaFolios, Christine was a graphic designer at Gray Malin, where they conceptualized and designed web/marketing materials including pitch decks, stationery, product packaging, and print ads. Christine also designed products such as acrylic trays, coasters, luggage tags, wrapping paper, phone cases, and candles.

Before their work in the corporate world, Christine was a freelance designer and interned at DISTINC_. As an intern, they were responsible for layout and publication design for internal projects including forms, brochures and reports. Christine also mentored and art directed production and junior designers.

Christine Chen has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Christine also has a High School Diploma from Irvine High School. Christine is currently continuing their education at the ArtCenter College of Design.
