Simona Burbacki

Simona Burbacki is the current Director of Account Management at Help Scout. Simona has previously held the positions of Director of Account Management at Datorama, Analytics Solution Specialist/Product Manager at Sizmek, Senior Relationship Manager at Onboard Informatics, and Executive Director at Fuel For Truth. Simona has a wealth of experience in developing and managing relationships with clients, as well as in product development and management. Simona is an expert in their field, and their experience has taught their how to successfully navigate cross-functional teams and implement product vision and strategy.

Simona Burbacki completed their MBA at the Recanati School of Business, with a focus in Marketing Management & Entrepreneurship, at Tel Aviv University. Simona also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University in Political Science and International Affairs.
