Kelley R. Hill, MSN, RN

Kelley R. Hill, MSN, RN has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Most recently, Kelley serves as the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) & Co-Founder at Helpful, a company that aims to provide family caregivers with immediate access to information, tools, and support. Prior to this, Kelley worked as an Adjunct Professor at Xavier University and as the Executive Director, Compliance & Clinical Services at FirstLight Home Care. Kelley also served as the National Director, Clinical Innovation & Design at Kindred at Home, where they focused on clinical and operational evaluation and program development. In addition, Kelley held the position of Director of Nursing at Beckett Springs and Director, Inpatient Psychiatric Services at Reid Health. Earlier in their career, Kelley held leadership roles in emergency services at Ascension, HCA, Texas Health Resources, and Franciscan Health.

- From 1993 to 1997, Kelley attended Ball State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Philosophy.

- In 2005 and 2006, they pursued their Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.

- Kelley then pursued a Master of Science degree in Nursing (Administration) from 2011 to 2013 at Chamberlain University.
