Satyajit Patnaik started their career as a Business Head at CAE Simulation Technologies. Satyajit was responsible for managing the Training Solutions P&L centre. Satyajit led the functional teams that devolved Aviation Training Courseware. Satyajit was also responsible for attaining headcount growth and reducing costs. In 2011, they won the Leadership Excellence Award for Business Excellence.

In 2015, Satyajit Patnaik joined Peak Pacific Group as a Strategic Business Development Manager. In this capacity, they ensured business strategy was communicated and executed throughout the organization. Satyajit also advised formation of new business structures. Satyajit negotiated terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provided the basis for strong long-term relationships.
