Greg Posner

Greg Posner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Greg is currently the Director of Solution Engineering at Helpshift, where they have been employed since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Partner Solution Engineering and Senior Sales Engineer at the same company.

Before joining Helpshift, Greg founded DailySpin.IO in 2016, a technology-focused podcast and blog that covered startups and tools used by teams. Greg conducted interviews with over 50 startups and provided valuable information on tools to help them succeed.

From 2015 to 2018, Greg worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Synthesio. In this role, they managed partnerships and ecosystem integrations and developed a custom-built RFP/RFI solution to enhance response time.

Greg's earlier experience includes working at Smarsh as a Solutions Architect and Manager of Client Services/Product Management. Greg was responsible for defining project scopes, managing client relationships, and leading installation and admin functions. Greg also served as a Technical Support Agent, where they gained MCSE certification and played a key role in creating a tier 2 support team.

In 2007, Greg founded PCHelpDude as a college venture to gain entrepreneurial and technical skills. Greg designed websites, conducted sales and service calls, and created marketing materials. Greg also worked as an IT Intern at Roundarch, assisting with various projects.

Greg's work experience dates back to 2003 when they were a Facility Operator at MWR.

Greg Posner earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Towson University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Python Data Structures and Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) through Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
