David Zacharias

David is Vice President of Information Technology at HelpSystems. This solution-oriented IT leader joined the company in 2019 with the Clearswift acquisition, bringing more than 20 years of experience in building and leading global IT rigor and digital transformation. In his role at HelpSystems, David shares his passion for using continual improvement to ensure IT enables the achievement of strategic organizational goals. From a predominantly financial services background, he developed an expertise in leading IT teams in highly regulated global fintech and SaaS environments before making the switch to software delivery at Clearswift. David received an MBA from the Open University in the U.K. and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
