Angella Kitandwe Kakumirizi

Angella Kitandwe Kakumirizi serves as Regional Vice President for Africa at Helpware, overseeing the company's operations and expansion in the continent, ensuring quality service delivery from centers in Uganda, Mozambique, and South Africa since December 2022. Prior to this role, Angella amassed extensive nursing experience at TriHealth, holding positions as a Travel Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse from August 2016 to November 2023, and at Phoebe Putney Health System from March 2018 to September 2019. Earlier in the career, Angella worked as a Procurement Manager at Epsilon Uganda Ltd., effectively managing sourcing and procurement processes, and as a Principal Customer Service Representative at Spedag Interfreight East Africa Ltd., where significant improvements in customer service quality were achieved. Angella holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and a double major degree in International Business and Marketing from Edith Cowan University.
