Jenica Cassidy

Jenica Cassidy is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in elder law and estate planning. Currently serving as an attorney at Helsell Fetterman LLP since May 2023, Jenica also maintains a position at Chernack Elder Law since February 2015 and has been a fellow with the American Bar Association since August 2014. Prior to these roles, Jenica practiced as an elder law and estates/trusts attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer from December 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included working with healthcare facilities on guardianship and Medicaid matters and assisting individuals in need of care. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
