Norma Grandclément-Chaffy

Norma Grandclément-Chaffy has over seven years of professional experience, beginning in 2013. Her first role was as a Junior Auditor at EY, where they worked for six months in Major Accounts, Retail & Luxury goods. In 2014, they were an Assistant General Manager at Insólito Boutique Hotel & Spa, where they were responsible for assessing the quality standards of staff performance and customers satisfaction. Later that year, they completed a Consulting Mission at Sodexo, where they helped define the 5 Ps - Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People - to adapt SoShop and LeCafé to targeted segments.

In 2015, Norma Grandclément-Chaffy was a Manager Bras-Droit at Paris New - York. In 2016, they were a Chef de projet Production at Le Fooding, where they were responsible for the conception and production of event and content projects for the Bureau du Fooding. Norma then worked as a Responsable Restauration et Events Food at Le Consulat in 2018 and as an Equipe de Production Pop-Up at Maison de Corée that same year.

In 2019, Norma Grandclément-Chaffy was an External Consultant - General Management at Saint Victor la Grand' Maison, where they developed a strategic development plan around a new cultural and gastronomic offer. Currently, they are a Manager of Sales at hemea (ex-Travauxlib), a company that helps individuals with their home improvement projects, as well as a Business Developer Sud-Est (Nice/ Aix/ Marseille) and a Chef de projet travaux.

In 2012, they began their Master's degree at emlyon business school, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Management, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, in 2014, they completed their Master's degree at East China Normal University, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Finance & Strategy in Asia.
