Hemiko are recruiting for a Junior Account Manager.

Your lead responsibility as part of the Team will be to manage and maintain key client relationships and serve as the main point of contact in all matter related to client concerns and needs. You will work closely with various teams across a range of projects to deliver our contractual requirements to our Clients.

As we are a rapidly growing there is opportunity develop your career in a friendly environment. Therefore, the candidate would be seeking to broaden their skills horizon. This position will give you the opportunity to ‘own’ projects and take on accountability.

This role will participate in the delivery of our projects during operational phases working with and supported by the wider Hemiko Team. In more detail this will include:

  • Build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Provide monthly financial and operational reporting to clients.
  • Attending client meetings.
  • Data analysis.
  • Ensuring KPI’s are met and maintained.
  • Communicate contractual requirements within the wider business.

  • Contract Administration

About Hemiko

Hemiko is a fast-growing innovative business which is looking to invest in and deliver over £1bn of heat network projects in the coming years. We fund, design, build, operates and maintain low carbon district energy networks and building energy systems. This work is for communities, towns, and cities. We work with local authorities, developers, house builders, and property owners.

Candidate

We are looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated and able to lead and manage multiple contracts alongside maintaining key client relationships. The company is relatively small but with very fast growth. The candidate will be able to work as part of a team and take ownership and fulfil their tasks on time.

We will want you to join our journey toward a more environmentally and technically responsible and effective way of delivering energy systems; moving away from conventional processes into a more innovative and free-thinking environment.

It’s important in this role that you are well organised, forward looking, able to plan for challenges and effectively self-manage your work to ensure we deliver on time and with high quality.

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Experience with managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ideally experience of managing your own projects with minimal supervision.

  • Solid analytical skills, comfortable with interpreting data to assess viability and drive solution development.

Skills

  • Excellent written communication and presentations skills.

  • The ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Good organisational, time management and planning skills to enable you to adapt to multiple clients and contracts

  • Understanding of Building Services and Utility Networks is desirable.

  • Comfortable with using Word, PowerPoint, and outlook etc as a minimum.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Able to work well in a team.

  • A willingness to take ownership of a project and see it through to completion

  • Attention to detail and a ‘right first time’ approach.

  • Willingness to think differently, to innovate and to proactively look at new and better solutions.

  • A willingness to travel within the UK if required.

Renumeration and Info

  • Remuneration: £25,000.

  • Discretionary bonus based on individual and business performance.

  • Holidays 25 days a year plus statutory holidays - with an option to purchase, or sell, up to an additional 5 days per annual leave year.
