Dr. Arnaldo Rodrigues

Dr. Arnaldo Rodrigues serves as the Group Head of Innovation & Technology at Hemro Group since February 2021, bringing extensive experience in product and technology development. Prior to this role, Dr. Rodrigues had a significant tenure at Sulzer from January 2009 to February 2021, where held various leadership positions, including Head of Hydraulic Development and R&D Program Manager, overseeing multi-million dollar projects and managing interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities also included managing the IP portfolio and contributing to strategic technology initiatives. Earlier in their career, Dr. Rodrigues worked at Flowserve as a Mechanical Engineer in R&D and Projects, focusing on product support and the design of centrifugal pumps and valves. Dr. Rodrigues holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham Trent University and a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire.
