Thokozani Mbatha

Thokozani Mbatha is an experienced Millwright currently working at Hencon since February 2022, focusing on hard rock mining projects. Prior to this role, Thokozani served as a Senior Shift Artisan at Hendok Group from January 2021 to February 2022, specializing in the metals, steel, and manufacturing sectors. Thokozani also held the position of Electrical Supervisor (GMR 2.7) at AES Associated Energy Services (Pty) Ltd. from March 2017 to December 2020, overseeing energy and utility plant maintenance. Earlier in the career, Thokozani worked as a Trainee Technician at Cape Gate Wire & Steel from October 2012 to April 2016. Academic qualifications include a Trade Test Certificate in Millwright/Electromechanician from Arcelor Mittal Training Centre (2013-2016) and a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology (2009-2011).
