Lucille Przywara

Lucille Przywara, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Director of Human Resources at Hendrick Manufacturing, Hendrick Architectural Products, and Hendrick Screen Company, a role held since January 2016. Prior to these positions, Lucille held the role of Distribution Center Human Resources Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2011 to 2015, and worked as a Business Consultant at PS between 2008 and 2010, where responsibilities included developing HR and administrative procedures. Lucille's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Robison Anton Textile Company from 1999 to 2007, HR Coordinator/Manager at MACtac Scranton Facility from 1997 to 1999, and HR Specialist at both BlueCross of Northeastern PA and Capital BlueCross from 1992 to 1997. Lucille holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University, with minors in Labor/Industrial Relations and Business Administration.
