Rob Spencer

Rob joined Henniges in November 2019 and is responsible for all legal affairs for Henniges Automotive. He is an accomplished executive with 20 years of global experience in diverse sectors such as Manufacturing, Industrial, Finance and Banking, Technology, and Consumer Products. Prior to joining Henniges Automotive, Rob worked for Dana Incorporated as General Counsel, Commercial Vehicle and Senior Director, Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary. He served as General Counsel to Commercial Vehicle Business Unit as well as was responsible for all global legal matters. Rob earned his BSBA from The Ohio State University, his JD from the University of Illinois College of Law, and his MBA from The University of Michigan.
