Jack Ingle

Jack Ingle has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various companies. Jack started their CFO role in McGladrey in 1990 and held the position until 1997. Following that, Jack worked as the CFO for Taylor Ball Construction from 1997 to 2000. Jack then joined XPO Logistics, where they initially served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2012. Jack later took on the role of Chief Administrative Officer/Senior Vice President from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they became the CFO for Technical Solutions & Services, a position they held until 2017. Currently, Jack is the CFO of Henning Companies, LLC, where they have been since 2017. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic initiatives, M&A projects, and leadership.

Jack Ingle attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting. In addition to their degree, they have a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), although it is currently inactive. Jack also holds a certification as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), which is currently active.
