Megan Pond is an experienced professional in people management and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People and Head of Learning and Improvement at HENRY since September 2021. Previously, at Explore Learning from July 2010 to September 2021, Megan held various roles, including Head of People Resource Coordination, where responsibility included leading a tutor budget of approximately £10 million annually and developing a bespoke app for over 3000 tutors. Other significant positions included Regional Manager and Performance Director, focusing on staff development and enhancing service quality. Megan holds a BA in English and History from the University of Leeds, completed in 2010.
