Judemark Bwari

Judemark Bwari has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the technology industry. Judemark started their career at Dimension Data as a UC Lead Specialist, where they focused on identifying customer requirements, providing strategic direction for systems configuration, and managing quality assurance and testing for systems.

Bwari then joined FVC Inc. as a UC Pre-Sales Engineer, supporting partners in East Africa with technical issues and pre-sales activities related to video conferencing, telemedicine solutions, and unified communications. Judemark also facilitated partner enablement and skill transfer through training and certification programs.

After that, Bwari joined Microsoft, where they held multiple roles. As a Partner Technology Strategist, they managed and grew partner seller capacity and capability through practice development and technical enablement. Judemark also developed partner-specific solutions and go-to-market plans for Microsoft cloud technologies. As a Digital Transformation Solutions Manager, Bwari was responsible for driving key industry cloud solutions and leading the digital transformation journey with customers in East Africa.

Most recently, Bwari joined The Henson Group as the Director of Business Development, where they are involved in driving business growth and opportunities for the company.

Judemark Bwari completed a Bachelor of Science (Bsc.) degree in Telecommunication and Information Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Judemark pursued this degree from 2005 to 2010. Afterward, they enrolled in the same university and earned a Master of Science (Msc) degree in ICT Policy and Regulation from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Judemark Bwari has obtained multiple certifications. In April 2012, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPS) and also achieved the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) title for Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, Configuration. In June 2011, they acquired the credential of Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) as a Lync Server Administrator 2010. Furthermore, in April 2012 they achieved the MCTS designation for Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Configuring.

To enhance their business skills, Judemark Bwari completed the online course "Microsoft-INSEAD Online Business Strategy and Financial Acumen" offered by INSEAD Executive Education in January 2016. In addition, they acquired proficiency in implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions through a certification obtained from Microsoft in February 2016. Furthermore, they completed the "Selling to the C-Suite" course provided by Wharton Executive Education in May 2017.
