Ryan McBurney has a diverse work experience that spans more than two decades. Ryan started their career in 1999 as a Systems Supervisor at EMCORE, where they played a crucial role in the growth and transition of the semiconductor manufacturing company. In 2003, they joined Logistic Services International as a Systems Analyst before moving to Boeing as a Systems Integrator in 2005.

In 2008, Ryan McBurney joined Alpine Access as a Senior Application Integration Engineer, where they developed a multi-tier, geographically diverse system and ensured PCI compliance for a work force management system. Ryan later worked as Manager of Infrastructure at Allonhill from 2009 to 2012, overseeing the company's infrastructure operations.

During the same period, Ryan McBurney also founded Two Sons Consulting, LLC, providing IT security solutions to businesses. Ryan worked on complex projects such as SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS migrations, as well as conducting security breach analysis for a high-tech semiconductor client.
