Ahmet Gösteren has extensive work experience in various roles related to CRM, marketing analytics, and customer experience management. Ahmet is currently working as the Head of CRM at Hepsiburada since 2022. Ahmet began their professional career as a trainee at Segment Management at Tanı Pazarlama ve İletişim Hizmetleri A.S. in 2007.
Ahmet Gösteren completed their education in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi from 2003 to 2008. Ahmet also attended Halide Edip Adivar High School in Turkey from 2000 to 2003, where they focused on Science and Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, Ahmet has obtained certifications in Customer Experience Management from Özkent & Taysever and Marketing Research from Turkish Researchers' Association & Galatasaray University.
