Jan Sosna

Jan Sosna has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career as an Intern in Multimedia & Graphic Design at EL-PRO CD & DVD Manufacture in 2006. From there, Jan worked at ETO MAGNETIC GmbH as a Production Operator - Electromagnetic Assembly, where they operated injection molding machines and assembled electromagnetic parts. Subsequently, Jan had various contracts as a DTP Specialist / Graphic Designer, creating advertising materials and designing corporate identity guidelines.

In 2011, Jan joined WABCO as an Electronic Assembler / Team Trainer, working on car electronics production and training new employees. They also took on the responsibilities of a Line Leader. In 2014, Jan transitioned to Gestamp as a Stamping Press Operator / Setter, where they operated hydraulic presses and performed basic repairs.

In 2017, Jan joined GOVECS GROUP as an Electric Scooter Assembler, responsible for assembling and repairing electric scooters. They also designed and built assembly stations. Jan later took on the role of Field Support Specialist, providing on-site support for clients, managing service actions, and offering remote technical support. Jan's final role at GOVECS GROUP was as a Technical Training & Documentation Specialist, where they developed standards for technical documentation, prepared User Manuals and Service Manuals, and provided product training to clients across Europe.

From 2019 to 2023, Jan worked at DeLaval as a Technical Documentation Specialist / Article Editor. In this role, they planned and created interactive spare part catalogues, wrote technical documentation such as manuals and product news, and prepared technical illustrations and exploded views.

Currently, Jan is employed at Heretto as an Information Developer, starting in July 2023.

Jan Sosna attended Post-Secondary School 'Promocja' from 2007 to 2009 and earned a Technician degree in Advertising (Graphic Design). In addition, they hold a certification in First Certificate in English, but specific details about the institution and the year of attainment are not available.
