Caitlin Bradley, LMHC, MBA, has extensive experience in the mental health and support services sectors, currently serving as a Program Manager and Quality Improvement Coordinator at Rochester Regional Health since 2016. Previously, Caitlin worked as a Primary Therapist, providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and therapy to children and youth. From 2010, Caitlin held multiple roles at Heritage Christian Services, starting as a Direct Support Professional and progressing to Evening Manager, ensuring high standards of care for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Buffalo.
