Jennifer Metz

Jennifer Metz is a dedicated professional in the field of exercise science and rehabilitation, currently serving as a Flexologist at StretchLab Franchise since May 2023 and a Cardiac Rehabilitation Intern at Rochester Regional Health since January 2023. With experience in developing exercise programs, demonstrating equipment usage, and evaluating participant progress, Jennifer contributes to improving patients' strength and endurance. As a Direct Support Professional at Heritage Christian Services since April 2022, support is provided to individuals with intellectual disabilities to foster independence. Additionally, Jennifer has developed customer service skills as a Walmart Associate since March 2020 and has practical experience as a Personal Trainer during a practicum at SUNY Brockport, where Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in May 2023.
