Sheila Morris

Sheila Morris has extensive work experience in the environmental services industry. Sheila started their career in 1997 as a Field Chemist at Heritage Environmental, where they were responsible for labpack waste transportation and disposal in the St. Louis region. In 1999, they joined Heritage Environmental Services as a Technical Services Manager, overseeing waste disposal and transportation options for customers in St. Louis. Sheila later took on roles such as Area Manager, Senior Area Manager, and Director of Operations Midwest Region. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Equipment Logistics Manager for BP Oil Spill in Louisiana, where they provided equipment and managed waste generated from the cleanup. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Customer Experience, and in 2021, they were promoted to the role of Senior Vice President Customer Experience and Operational Excellence.

Sheila Morris attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography/Environmental Science.
