Kevin Hodges has been in the Multifamily Housing Industry since 1994 beginning as an On-Site leasing associate. Since that time Kevin has transitioned through the ranks of the Apartment Industry as Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, Director of Operations and other positions to now the Vice President of Operations for Heritage Properties, Inc.
Kevin's experience includes working with some of the Nation's largest Property Management and Real Estate Investment companies including, Summit Properties, Trammel Crow Residential, RAM Partners, Focus Development and more. His experience includes also working with Institutional Investors and partners such as Met Life Insurance Company, Ohio Teachers Retirement Fund, GE, RAIT Financial Trust, Avison Young and more. Kevin has overseen assets ranging from AAA quality product to D quality product in all aspects of construction, rehabilitation, lease up and stabilization. Kevin has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association and is a past President of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders - Multifamily Council and is currently on the board for the Mississippi Apartment Association.
